We are always trying to improve our services and would like to hear your views. If you have recently had an appointment at the surgery, (either remotely or in person) with the doctor or nurse, and can spare a few minutes, please fill in our Access survey.
All responses are anonymous and we will share the results on our website and twitter pages. Your views can really help improve our services for everyone.
Thank you
Public Health Wales have developed a microsite to answer all your questions regarding the Coronavirus vaccination programme.
We realise that everyone is anxious to have the vaccine, but the practice does not have the vaccine on site, and at present is not co-ordinating the vaccination of patients.
The phone lines are currently very busy at present, so therefore please avoid calling the practice to enquire about the vaccine. Please take a look at Public Health Wales which will answer all your questions. At risk patients will be prioritised first and will be invited directly to have it.
In the meantime, please remember to wash your hands, wear a face covering, strictly maintain your social distance, and follow local guidelines to keep everyone safe.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY UNLESS INVITED TO DO SO.
You must now wear a face covering at all times in the surgery.
Please see our dedicated Coronavirus page for more information.
If you have symptoms, isolate and book a test ASAP on the Welsh Government site, or call 119.
If you are struggling with your mental health during the coronavirus crisis, please take at look at our wellbeing page for some of the organisations that can help you during this time.
