We are always pleased to receive your comments or suggestions for improving our services. We aim to provide the best care to you at all times but sometimes you may feel less than happy with the service you receive.
As a patient, you have a right to complain about any aspect of the care you receive. We have produced a Complaints Procedure explaining how you can make a formal complaint. We will strive to deal with your complaint as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Copies are also available at reception. Our Practice Manager would be happy to discuss any issues with you.
