We regret that we CANNOT accept prescription requests over the telephone.
Please ensure that you mark the items you require by ticking the appropriate medication on the repeat request form.
In order for us to process the large amount of requests each day, please note that currently due to COVID-19, 3 working days is needed for repeat prescription orders.
Please ensure that prescriptions needed over the weekend are ordered by Wednesday and are collected before the surgery closes on Friday evening.
We invite patients on regular medication to attend for an annual review. On receiving an invite letter, you will be asked to call the surgery to book any necessary blood tests or nursing appointments and then a follow-up medication review soon after. Therefore, many patients will only need to attend the surgery twice in one month to cover the whole year. However, some patients may need to be monitored more closely and may need to come back sooner.
We do ask you to respond to the letters and book your appointments as we cannot continue to supply medication safely without regular checks.
